Simpatico Method Workshops are offered in three levels. You will learn life skills that allow you to ask for what you want and listen to others with an Aware, Loving Heart.
Level 1 - Simpatico Basic Course
Learn how to listen without reacting. This entails many specific skills that both take practice and have lifelong benefits. What if you never had to take anything personally? Ever again!
Level 2 - Continuing Course Essentials
This powerful workshop focuses on Impact Statements and being clear about what you are requesting from another and having the skills to most effectively be heard. (Level 1 required)
Level 3 - Advanced Skills Course
Here you will learn to use Impact Statements & Tracking in more challenging situations. We'll introduce and practice Gentle Challenges & Overrides. This interactive workshop addresses more "heated" issues. (Level 2 required)
